I met with the most delightful couple this past weekend for their wedding ceremony consultation! The bride is Indian, from the country India. The groom is Indian too, an American Indian – both Cherokee and Choctaw.
This couple has requested a ceremony combining Native American Indian and the country India Indian traditions along with a focus on God and motorcycles! Oh yes, and also a hand fasting ritual…What a diverse ceremony vision! I simply love it!
We have information on an Indian Hindu wedding ritual called Sapta Padi and we want to now infuse it with American Indian elements. I have already discovered that the number ‘7’ is a very special number to both cultures. How cool is that?
Looks like this will turn into a beautifully distinctive event! Boy, I love my job 🙂
Hi, I'm Celebrant Patty Clark
He passed after 15 years of loyal friendship. We decided to spread Pokeydots ashes around his favorite swimming hole... the Gullf of Mexico while singing "Who let the dogs out?".
