How do we work together?

Our first contact is the initial consultation. We will discuss your vision and preliminary ideas of how to create a ceremony that fits your personality. You have the options of a prewritten service or we can create one that speaks uniquely to you.

Unique Programs

If we are creating a unique program, I will interview you, and others who may have special event information or personal stories that can add to the ceremony. We will discuss the service composition and an event outline takes place. We discuss details and what readings, prayers and/or music you want to include. We will talk about any rituals or customs you would like to take place. You may have elements to include or I may have suggestions for you to consider that reflect your beliefs and values.

Ceremony Draft

It’s then time for me to combine the outline and details, and compose the draft ceremony. If there are individual participants and personalized vows or statements I can assist in the writing of those elements.

Other Service Providers

We will continue to correspond whether via phone, email or in person until we have the final version. During this time I coordinate with your other service providers to ensure your event has a smooth and seamless outcome.
